CUSTOM PROCESS

Whether you're customizing one of our designs, or we're helping you with your own unique idea, we make the custom process simple and fun! After we gather the initial details regarding the design, we will send a detailed quote so you know exactly how much it will cost. Once you approve the price, we require half of the total up front to begin the digital rendering of your custom piece. The digital rendering looks almost like a photograph of the finished ring and will show you what the ring looks like from several different angles, and even what it looks like on a hand that is your size. We do up to five free revisions (very very rarely does it take more than that) on the design to make sure that it is perfect for you. In the rare case it is required, each additional revision is $250. Once you approve the design, we finish making your custom jewelry and send you pictures before we ship it to you.

We have invested in the best digital design software and manufacturing technology to ensure that every piece of jewelry we make is to the highest standards. Our master designers and jewelers are the best in the industry and treat each ring as if it is their own. We stand behind what we make 100%. If, for any reason, the finished ring doesn't look like the approved digital rendering, we will remake the ring free of charge.

For custom pieces, we require between 50-75% of the payment upfront and the remaining balance when the ring is finished and ready to ship. After we send a quote and gather all the design details, we create your account and email a payment link.

No. We respect the creative property of our fellow jewelry designers so we don't copy their styles. So if you fall in love with a ring and want it exactly like it is, we recommend that you work directly with that designer. If you have styles that you want to use as inspiration, we'd love to work with you to create a unique design.

WARRANTY

Our jewelry is crafted to the highest standards and our warranty reflects that standard. While most online warranties only cover the ring for a year, we have an extended 2-year warranty that covers polishing, cleaning, rhodium plating (for white gold rings), tightening loose diamonds or gems, replacement of missing side stones (except in the case of damage, center stone not included), free certified appraisal and certificate of authenticity. And after the two year warranty expires, our master jewelers are still here to help with any maintenance needs which we provide at a discounted rate to our customers.

Although we highly recommend finding the correct ring size before ordering, we do offer a complimentary sizing if the ring needs to be adjusted. However, due to the nature of resizing and the stress it can put on a ring, some rings may need to be remade instead of resized. This usually happens when the size is more than a full size off or with very detailed designs. In these instances, you will be responsible for the cost of remaking the ring, which is usually $1200-$1900.

While we cover normal wear, we can't cover damage, loss, or theft. While our rings are made to the highest standards, the nature of fine jewelry is such that it can bend or break if enough force is applied. If your ring is damaged, our master jewelers will do everything possible to repair it, but in some cases the ring must be remade. In either instance, you are responsible for the cost. Also, our warranty also does not cover the loss of a center stone. For this reason, we always recommend that you insure your ring either through BriteCo or an insurance company of your choice. 

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

You can place an order by adding an item to your cart and following the prompts to complete your purchase. We make everything to order to match the exact preferences you select in your order. We make each piece to order and our current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for most pieces. If you need your order to arrive sooner, please reach out! We can often accommodate rush orders (rush fee may apply). We would love to help you pull off your surprise!

Yes, you can. We can customize any of our designs with the size and shape that you prefer. Either fill out the "customize this" form on the product page or email designs@taylorcustomrings with your request and we'll help you begin the customization process.

Yes we do! Please allow 4-5 weeks for international orders. While we don't collect taxes from international customers, any import fees or taxes that your country requires will be your responsibility.

PAYMENT AND FINANCING

Yes we do! We have partnered with Affirm, Sezzle, and Shop Pay to offer short- and long-term financing options on all of our rings and jewelry. We also offer an in-house split-payment option. You can learn more about your different financing options here. Each product page also includes messaging to show the different payment options along with full disclosure of monthly payment amounts and total costs to help you choose the best plan for you.

They will need your full name, date of birth, phone number, email, and the last four digits of your social security number. This information helps them verify and protect your identity. 

You'll make your payments directly to Affirm, Sezzle, or Shop Pay according to the plan you chose. You can sign up for auto-pay and have them send loan confirmation and payment reminders via email and text. Please confirm specific details directly with the financing company you selected.
